World Book Relief Globe by Replogle
For us, wanderlust started early. We'd spin the globe and when it stopped, we'd close our eyes and put our finger on a random spot. "That's where I'm going to visit when I grow up," we'd say. If our finger unluckily landed in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, we'd keep spinning until we hit a more desirable spot, like Bali or Costa Rica.
This 12" vintage Replogle globe reignites that sense of adventure. Made in the U.S. in the 1960s, it comes with an airline speed indicator, which can be moved around to indicate how long a flight will be. However the flight times may not be completely up-to-date...thankfully flights have gotten a little faster since the 1960's.
